Fiesta del Queso, mucho mas que música
Queseros y artesanos locales se lucen con sus productos
<p>En 2 carpas de más de mil metros cuadrados están agrupados los artesanos del valle, están presentes 8 queseros, entre ellos las dos estancias, Las Carreras (Quesos M) y El Churqui (Quesos Z), está además la familia Casimiro de La Costa, a Francisco González de El Rodeo, la familia Cruz de Casas Viejas (foto de portada), Nilda de La Ovejería, los Ibáñez, la Asociación Civil Las Pircas de La Cuesta. Ells te cuentan cómo es el proceso de elaboración y te invitan a degustar sus productos, también podés adquirirlos ahí mismo.</p>
<p>El queso que elaboran es de estilo criollo con la receta antigua que dejaron los Jesuitas.</p>

<p>A metros de la entrada podés encontrar <strong>El Museo del Queso</strong> donde se exponen herramientas antiguas para la elaboración de quesos, los sarzos y las recetas actuales que usan para hacer los quesos. Además encontrarás tachos, bateas, petacas (baúles de cuero) y tachos antiguos de almacenamiento de leche.y prensas.</p>
<p>Están además más de 60 artesanos que exponen productos tales como: comidas, dulces, artesanías en comida regional dulcey salada, cerámica, tejido y un artista plástico.</p>
